Work On Yourself To Get Out Of Darkness




Okay yes.......Here we are again same thoughts running in mind to write. But let’s do it like a different way.  We are all in somehow facing problems within our lives and yes some take them positively and others just take it as a failure. You know what it is just our fucking mind that make us think this way. I am also one of those taking issues as a something hard to digest. But again, we have to give time to ourselves and think on where is life taking us. It is not worth it to be sad in such a small and blessed life? What have we made of ourselves and what are we causing to our own selves? 

Do you really deserve to be a part of this all shit? No, you definitely don’t deserve this rather think who is responsible for that. It is not the way of saying wrong to others the other way. No the wrong can be on your part and it is not to just grasp the idea of blaming others. Yes, we are in miseries as we have stopped giving importance to our own self. We are obsessed to make people happy and who we are? We forget this.



This life is just so awesome to explore. Have you just imagined that how much time we have wasted in thinking in the shit going in our lives? Yes, wasted a great deal, and why are we just taking things as the life and hell issue. It is just as someone is confused between your will and what people had made you. Knowing your way is the ultimate way to this issue.

What you want in life is not really possible but believe God has planned good. That maybe not good and maybe we will be blessed in a different way. See He knows better. Just give time to it. It is hard to get out of the emotional imbalance going on but you have to process, as it was said by my Coach! A great person and lucky to have him in life. See your motivation in life, only two to three person who really understand can make you go long way. You have to figure it out. Who to be with, as who is benefiting you and who is causing issues there in your mind?



Being productive whole day is best to answer to all those to shut their mouths. It won’t matter for them. It is only important for your life. I believe in the fact the things that make you weak are also the reason of your being strong. So, just focus as how to get out of it.

Just keep the ball rolling and it will reach to its goal one day. Find motivation for you, and find out what makes you happy and what you love to do. A simple chit chat with the one who understands may also be soothing and satisfying.



I can suggest you ways to get rid of the fuss going in mind.

1. Read your favorite book.

2. Do exercise.

3. Hang out with friends.

4. Take break from things that you do forcefully everyday.

5. Good amount of sleep.

6. Make goals like healthy eating and building up a good routine.

7. Watch your favorite seasons.

Simply live the life for your dreams, that are only yours.



No one can motivate you to good, it is just your own self willing to accept the downfall and ready to take things as a challenge for your survival. Whether they be easy or difficult. You have to do it for yourself and for those who love you and your life mean to them. They may also be your friends and parents! So work on yourself and take off the veil of staying in the dark. It will only make people think you are sad and this is nothing mare just a satisfaction to stay in grief. A fashion to follow in other words.

Calm Your inside:
